RENTAL UPGRADES
If you decide on any upgrades for your rental, text Nicole (208) 313-4159 to list which ones you would like, customize them (if applicable) and have them added to your invoice.

ALCOHOL | $150 ($75 is refundable)
Fee of $150 is required to bring in alcohol to your event at the studios and it is due at the time of booking.
This contains two fees. $75 is the cover fee that takes care of our extra insurance and cleaning fees associated with allowing alcohol. The other $75 is a REFUNDABLE damage deposit.
The refundable damage deposit of $75 will be refunded to the card you paid with after your event, once the building has been cleaned and assessed.
If damages are found, costs of repair or replacement are assessed and documented, and the remaining balance of the $75 fee (if any) will then be refunded with an email breakdown of costs/ repairs/ replacements (if applicable.)
Alcohol can only be served, not sold, which means no cash bars.
Renters must avoid self-serve bars. Alcohol MUST be served in moderate amounts (not unlimited servings for guests) and monitored by an adult. Any excessive drunkenness or underage drinking will be reported.

A LA CARTE’ ADD ONS
Setup - the Venue Studios team sets up tables, and chairs and moves furniture before your event begins, to meet your event needs: $60
Takedown - renter takes care of personal items and leaves the rest for the Venue Studios team to take down, put away, and clean: $60
